«My wedding decoration vision was heavily inspired by the timeless simplicity of Greece, perfectly complemented by the stunning sea views at Cavo Ventus in Santorini. I started with a color palette of white, blue, and gold, wanting to capture the essence of the Aegean. For my bouquet, I chose a delicate arrangement that echoed this palette. Think crisp white blooms interspersed with subtle blue accents, creating a soft, elegant look that felt both classic and perfectly suited to the location.»

«During the ceremony, I wanted the breathtaking sea view to take center stage. So, instead of a traditional floral arch, we placed stunning floral arrangements at the base of the altar. This created a beautiful frame without obstructing the panoramic backdrop. Even the wedding cake was designed with simplicity and elegance in mind. A classic white cake was adorned with delicate white flowers and subtle greenery, tying it seamlessly into the overall decor. And of course, no wedding would be complete without fireworks! They were a must-have for me from the very beginning, and they added a spectacular, unforgettable finale to our celebration.»

«My wedding dress was a dream come true, and surprisingly, the very first thing I chose for the entire wedding! I knew from the start I wanted an A-line silhouette, something classic and elegant, but with plenty of intricate details to make it truly special. The sleeves were a particular highlight for me, adorned with delicate ivy leaf embellishments that added a touch of whimsical charm. And the lace detailing throughout the dress? Absolutely breathtaking. It was everything I imagined. To complete the look, I opted for a cathedral-length veil. It was the perfect complement to the dress’s lace, flowing beautifully and adding that extra touch of regal drama.»

«My biggest piece of advice to future brides would be to truly let go of the small stuff on your wedding day. It’s so easy to get caught up in the details, but honestly, those tiny hiccups won’t matter in the long run. Trust me, things have a way of working out, and the joy of the day will overshadow any minor imperfections.»

Invest in amazing wedding planners! Having a team you trust to handle the logistics allows you to fully immerse yourself in the moment and focus on enjoying your celebration. They’re worth their weight in gold. Finally, create a vision board! It’s an incredibly helpful tool for visualizing your ideas and ensuring that all the design elements—from flowers to table settings—come together cohesively. It’s a great way to see the big picture.

The reception dinner tables were a real highlight for me. I fell in love with a mirrored table design I’d seen in my Greek wedding research. It was so unique and reflective, creating a beautiful sense of space. To keep the focus on the table itself, we opted for minimal floral arrangements. Instead, we created a romantic ambiance with an abundance of mixed candles and a lush, flowing garland of greenery running down the center. Above, elegant chandeliers added a touch of magic, casting a warm, inviting glow over the entire space.

«Without a doubt, my favorite moment from the wedding was the dinner reception. It was just magical. We were surrounded by all of our closest friends and family, and listening to their heartfelt speeches was incredibly touching. Each story and sentiment shared felt so personal and special. And to experience all of that while enjoying delicious food, with the breathtaking backdrop of the Aegean Sea and a stunning sunset… it was truly unforgettable. The combination of love, laughter, and that incredible view created a perfect, dreamlike atmosphere that I’ll cherish forever.»
