Nora and Spyros’s wedding in Kythnos was like something straight out of an island fairytale. The setting at the Panagia Flampouriani chapel, surrounded by the true beauty of the island—the iconic Cycladic blue, whitewashed houses, unspoiled beaches and winding stone alleys reated pure magic. The couple went with a minimal chic look, decorating with hydrangeas, chamomile, and fragrant eucalyptus that brought out the romantic feel of their day. Nora absolutely stole the spotlight in a dreamy A-line wedding dress by Eleni Kollarou, featuring appliqué tulle flowers and paired with a stunning long veil, leaving Spyros speechless the moment he saw her. As she shares: «My favorite moment from our wedding was seeing Spyros and walking toward him at the chapel and for Spyros it was the moment I was walking down the aisle.» Their wedding rings, lovingly chosen from the PRIGIPO Rendezvous collection, symbolize their union and the promise of a life together filled with beautiful moments and devotion. «We met nine years ago at work. He was actually my manager! He proposed four years later, one night while we were on vacation in Skopelos.»

«I followed Love4Weddings throughout my wedding planning, especially when it came to picking colors and the overall style.»

«I had my dress made by the amazing Eleni Kollarou. She understood exactly what I had in mind, we chose every detail together, and not once did I worry about how it would turn out.»

«We decided on Panagia Flampouriani chapel, which is such a beautiful spot on the island. We wanted to keep the decorations soft and calm, so we went with eucalyptus, chamomile, and blue hydrangeas, which looked lovely with large traditional wooden baskets and a simple candy bar in the same style, with a cutwork tablecloth, wooden touches, and amygdalota. We took care of everything ourselves and we were so happy with how it all turned out. My favorite detail was our handmade favors and my husband’s was the reception decor with all the candles and lighting that made the atmosphere feel so warm.»

My advice to a bride planning her own wedding is that no matter how much time she thinks she has, she shouldn’t get too comfortable. Keep a notebook for everything, ask for help from everyone, and make sure to ask everyone to stay calm, especially during the week of the wedding. Above all, share each moment with your groom.
