Jack and Charlee’s wedding in Chania was a beautiful springtime celebration filled with romance and natural charm, thoughtfully designed by 25 Project. The setting embraced an enchanting garden-style aesthetic, with soft-hued blooms adding warmth and elegance to the atmosphere. Touches of dusty blue flowers subtly highlighted the color palette, bringing a refreshing, delicate feel to the day. The stunning floral creations by En Kipo truly stole the show, creating a dreamy, idyllic backdrop that made their wedding absolutely unforgettable!

«We met in 2019 over Bumble. We went on a few dates, but Jack was moving to Bali in a few weeks. We had a lovely time but went our separate ways as neither of us was interested in long-distance dating. Fast forward to 2021, Jack returned from Chania for his brother’s wedding and messaged me about a local gym I trained at. After a month long trip to Kyrgyzstan that summer, we’ve been inseparable since! Jack proposed to me in Hoi An, Vietnam, on our two year anniversary. We married a year later in Chania.»

I honestly couldn’t pick a moment as our favorite, it was a wonderful day from start to finish. We had the perfect party size of 30 people, our vendors were incredible, the venue was stunning—we had the best day ever!

«Our wedding took place at Dourakis Winery in Chania. We were married in the front garden, we were going for a vintage, farmhouse feel. Our flowers were very French farmhouse style, with pastel colors and a splash of yellow roses. We had long wooden tables with minimalist table decorations. There were different colored ribbed glass vases with a couple of bridal bouquet flowers inside. Our tableware consisted of white plates, crystal glasses, gold utensils, and sage colored napkins. To complete the secret garden vibe, we had a curtain of fairy lights over the dance floor and festoon lights above the dining tables. We were keen not to overwhelm the beauty of the winery itself, as there were so many beautiful flowers in bloom. We chose simple decorations to accentuate the space better.»

«With a destination wedding, lean on your vendors for advice! We were very lucky that our vendors were incredible. Greeks are laid-back and very hospitable. We met our photographer,Lykakis Photography for coffee in the October before our wedding, and his advice was invaluable. It saved us so much hassle and fruitless google searching. We did all the wedding planning ourselves, but we hired a day coordinator, and this was probably the best decision of the entire wedding. Having someone there to tie everything together took all the pressure off!»

«My wedding dress was a simple off-the-shoulder ivory dress. I chose this dress because I felt most confident with my shoulders and back out, and I didn’t want anything too hot for the climate in Crete.»
