Natacha and Gabriel’s destination wedding, beautifully planned by Koumpares in Serifos, was a true testament to the island’s natural beauty. The ceremony took place at the breathtaking Panagia Skopiani, set against the endless blue of the Aegean in a location that truly takes your breath away. The bride shared with us: «For our wedding decoration we wanted a simple elegant style to highlight the beauty of the island landscape. We chose blush as accent color…». And indeed, the result blended seamlessly with the surroundings. Their wedding style exuded serene, understated elegance, expressed through soft pastel tones, natural materials, and romantic decorative touches. Gorgeous floral arrangements by Dezoom Events with white and pink blooms, romantic anthuriums, hydrangeas, and roses in handcrafted vases, a crisp white table adorned with elegant details and golden accents, all came together to create a scene of refined simplicity and charm. Enjoy all the details!

«We met in university. He proposed me 7 years later in the Old Port of Montreal where we had our first date.»

«For our wedding decoration we wanted a simple elegant style to highlight the beauty of the island landscape. We chose blush as accent color and let our decorator Dezoom Events do the rest! It was great to work together, Christina got my vision: serene, understated elegance. The church Agni Skopiani was so grand and naturally stunning, we did not want to overwhelm that, however we did set up a cute lemonade station for the guests after the ceremony which was loved and enjoyed.»

«I followed the greek wedding site of Love4Weddings.»

«My favorite moment from my wedding is the priest’s speech about the sun eventually coming out even on the gloomiest days. We had a very rainy start to the wedding and with an outdoor set up, we nearly had to move inside. The sun came out as soon as the ceremony was over and our reception was set up beautifully outside at Nikoulias Tavern overlooking the Platis Gialos beach. It was a very memorable moment.»

«My wedding dress was a Wona concept dress called Bernice. I liked it bare and without the bolero jacket, I wanted a simple timeless look I could accessorize with veil, gloves and jewelry.»

The advice I would give to a bride who is now planning her wedding is to trust your gut. You know what you want and if you don’t there’s a lot of real brides who did something you would like.
